Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we canât offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, once a service has been completed and the order has been fulfilled you are no longer eligible for a refund. If you no longer wish to proceed with a service or change your mind about using a service you are not eligible for a refund. Chargebacks are not permitted.

HIJACKER REMOVAL POLICY
If we are unable to remove your hijacker you are eligible for a refund. If we are unsuccessful we will reach out to you notifying you that your purchase will be refunded. Like most services, hijacker removal takes time. You are not eligible for a refund until we have had the opportunity to complete our removal process. If you wish to cancel your order prior to our team completing the removal process you are not eligible for a refund.
In the case where an order consists of removing multiple hijackers and we were able to remove some hijackers but not others, you will are eligible for a refund for the hijackers that were not removed. For example, if an order consists of removing 4 hijackers however 1 hijacker was not able to be removed, you will be refunded 25% of your order.
As per our ToS, it is asked that no action is taken on the buyers end to attempt to remove the hijacker while they have an active order with us. Buyers are not eligible for a refund if the hijacker is removed while they have an active order with us even if they believe the hijackers removal is not associated with our service.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

RETURNING HIJACKER
When purchasing our service, you are automatically granted a 30 day protection warranty. In the rare case that the same hijacker returns after they have been removed within 30 days of purchase, we will remove them again free of charge. To qualify for 30 day protection, the Seller ID must match the removed listing hijacker. It is the buyers responsibility to notify our team that the hijacker has returned. Outside of 30 days of purchase you are no longer protected by a warranty unless you selected to extend the warranty period. Outside of 30 days another purchase is required for the hijacker to be removed.

REINSTATEMENT POLICY
Your order and payment with us is for our teams working time, written documents, consultation and expertise. We do not and cannot guarantee successful reinstatement as the final decision is in Amazonâs hands and is out of our control. We have the right to deny a case. We donât want to waste your time or our time so in a case that our team believes that reinstatement is unlikely you will be notified and refunded in full before work commences.Â
This service doesn't guarantee reinstatement, However, if all necessary and requested information and documents is provided by you to our team and your account reinstatement is still not successful after using our Reinstatement Service, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your order value. We can only complete our job when correctly assisted by you. If the ability to reinstate is due to limitations from the buyer's end, the order is not eligible for any kind of refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDSÂ (if applicable)
If you havenât received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
